my bulkdata problem seems to have fixed itself, but i can still rarely get in to play. now i crash between bulkdata and char selection, or during loading to the game itself... i think some code changes in incursion just requires too much bandwidth...

lets put it this way, i soloed C3 WHs in a legion with an AB, the wh i lived in gave like +50% or so to speed so my max speed was about 1300m/s with the AB on. when i get initial aggro from combat sites frequently my max speed would be 80-160m/s u...
